We are looking for 4 youth workers, aged 18+, from Serbia who want to improve their skills in the fields of digital literacy, sustainable development, and inclusion. This mobility is a perfect opportunity for you if:
– You are interested in how modern digital tools can enhance your work with young people.
– You want to gain knowledge about environmentally responsible practices and the inclusion of marginalized youth.

The project invites you to step out of your comfort zone, think strategically and sustainably, and build skills that you can transfer to your local communities. What If?
We are looking for 6 young participants from Serbia, aged 18 to 30, who are ready to reflect on their relationship with technology and the digital world. This exchange is a perfect opportunity for you if:
– You are curious about how the internet and social media shape our habits, relationships, and ways of thinking.
– You want to develop critical thinking and gain practical strategies for a healthier digital life.
– You are inspired by the idea of spending a few days offline, in nature, connecting with the people around you.
– You are eager to explore the benefits and risks of the digital era through non-formal workshops, challenges, and teamwork.
The youth exchange “What If?” brings together young people on the island of Elafonisos in Greece to explore a powerful question: what happens when the internet disappears? Through creative workshops, discussions, cultural evenings, and reflection sessions, participants will analyze the role of technology in daily life and develop healthier digital habits. The project promotes balance between the online and offline worlds, encourages human connection, and deepens personal awareness of digital choices. Accommodation is in tents on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean – a perfect setting for a reset and exchange of ideas.
